This prestigious high-end gated community comprises of 30 villas, and a 6,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The housing project was designed not merely to look good, but also worked well in terms of functionality, accessibility, amenities and open spaces etc. With this, the occupant’s quality of life would be further elevated by setting a benchmark for all future gated communities built in Hyderabad, India.

Our design for the community provided for good external and internal finishes with the use of high-end materials and very good infrastructure, incorporating all the modern amenities and green building features like solar heaters, STP, rainwater harvesting and a water sump provided separately for each house. Storm water drains provided in the internal road edges are connected to rainwater harvesting pits which recharge the groundwater, an indispensable solution to meet growing water demands today.

A minimalist design concept with simple straight lines was our theme. The villas were vaastu compliant. Each villa is built on 400 to 550 sq. yards, having a built-up area of 4000. to 5000 sq. ft. respectively. This is spread across Ground+2 floor levels. Each villa has a two-car parking slot. Optimal space utilization has been achieved within the villas creating beautiful spaces, which fulfils every owner’s requirements and expectations to the hilt and offered good scope for customization.

The clubhouse is built over 1500 sq. yards of land including landscaping. Our design factored various facilities like a banquet hall, up-to-date gymnasium, yoga section along with modern health spa facilities, and an indoor games parlor to play cards, snooker, table tennis, a service room facility, swimming pool, tennis and badminton courts and creatively designed indoor-outdoor children’s playpens. The banquet hall opens out to a green lawn area, allowing flexibility to hold indoor and outdoor parties.

This gated community presented a modern lifestyle in the magnificent backdrop of Madhapur, where many MNCs are clustered around. Our gated luxury community design offers meticulously designed 32 villas and 35 high-end apartments along with a multi-facility clubhouse spread over 6 acres to further a life of fun, frolic and comfort for the global Indian. The gated community’s facilities made every moment spent here to be a defining moment.

In-depth detailing, space planning and utility services with every conceivable facility were part of our design for this prestigious gated community. With 40 feet wide internal roads with avenue plantations and top class security systems, residents were greeted by verdant foliage on all sides.

Good internal finishes, use of high-end materials and a very good infrastructure, incorporating all the modern amenities and to ensure that the buildings are sustainable and to minimize the carbon footprint, many green building features were the highlight of this project.

The villas were completely vaastu compliant and are sited amidst beautifully landscaped gardens. Each villa is built on 350 and 400 sq. yards having a built-up area of 4600 sq. ft. which is spread over the ground + 2 floor levels. Each villa has a two-car park provision. The stunningly-designed villas offer a -plethora of well-designed spaces that are elegant, and accommodating. The contemporary designing is both beautiful and functional.

The two-block apartment homes comprise of three-bedroom apartments ranging from 2480 to 3300 sq. ft. The apartment homes present intelligent designing, refined interiors and functional spaces. Wide sit-outs and large interior spaces allow customization flexibility.

The three-floor clubhouse spanning across 12,000 sq. ft. area, showcases several entertainment options appealing to the residents’ leisure pursuits. One can enjoy a vigorous workout in the state-of-the-art fitness centre, an intense tennis match or a lap in the swimming pool on the terrace. A Yoga and Aerobics studio has also been provided. The large multi-purpose hall is witness to laughter and celebrations often.

This contemporary, gated community comprises of 51 villas and an ultramodern luxury clubhouse.

Our design solution provided for each house is characterized by simplicity of shape and volume, with an emphasis on spatial development enhanced by the use of different textures, changing heights and the light management. The house plan has been designed in a way that there is a physical and visual flow between the rooms giving the space an open, unified feel. Moreover, Hyderabad residents are vaastu-specific and our homes are vaastu compliant.

The clubhouse is equipped with up to date facilities with a large pool and open lounge space. The banquet hall is suited to hold large gatherings. A tennis court and a covered badminton court complete it.

Our minimalist interior design concept for the model villa was to emphasize the split-level architecture of the villa.

A continuous uniform flooring on the ground floor makes the space seem much larger, which is interspersed with flamed Indian Mahogany steps moving from one level to another. Contemporary materials like metal, wood and glass have been used in the interiors which rendered a modern effect to the space.

Our villa’s design showcased a modern lifestyle in present day times and is equipped with a modular kitchen, toilets with the latest fittings and fixtures etc.

The villa had mood lighting with multiple light settings which allows character changing spaces with a single touch. The bedrooms were designed with cove lighting, which rendered a soft wash of light on the walls, creating a perfectly romantic milieu. Niches provided in various areas, lit up with a blue light were used to keep small artifacts.

This apartment complex is located in the heart of the new financial district of Hyderabad, Gachibowli. The project was poised to be a landmark in the vicinity, as it was situated on the main road on the old Mumbai Highway.

Our project plan included 627 apartments built across 19 floors offering more than just stylized living. The parking space in the cellar averaged 2 cars per apartment, with a mechanical parking facility on the stilt floor and some areas. We carefully planned to provide good cross-ventilation for each apartment with no common walls. All 33 apartments on each floor were linked by a common corridor which also gave an additional refuge area, in the event of a fire emergency.

The central core area of the plot was beautifully landscaped, providing breathing space between the buildings and also offered a good outdoor view. The Clubhouse area was designed as a multi-functional space with retail outlets, banquet halls, state-of-the-art gym and healthcare centre and on the clubhouse terrace, an open air swimming pool.
