Persis- Indian Grill is a chain of restaurants that specializes in authentic Hyderabadi Biryani. Here we made conscious design interplay of both traditional and contemporary themes. The restaurant comprises of an Express Counter, a fine dining area and banquet halls. The fine dine restaurant area is about 4000 sq. ft. serving authentic Indian cuisine with the Hyderabadi Biryani being their speciality. We conceptualized the prototype plan for the fine dine restaurant and the interiors design is similar to the Biryani Corner prototype which is modern-day with a rural flavour. The Lotus motif has been included in the overall design, to emphasize the Indian element. The motif treatment varies from sleek to rustic, but very up to date.
One of our key design highlights was the thematic representation of the history of Biryani focusing on the Hyderabadi angle, thus informing gourmet lovers about this special Indian cuisine.
